| Golden Lentil Soup | |
|---|---|
| 3 c. red lentils | 2 vegetable bouillon cubes |
| 2 c. shredded carrots | 1 Tbsp. cilantro leaf |
| 1 diced yellow onion | 1 Tbsp. parsley |
| 1 diced stalk of celery | 1/2 tsp. oregano |
| 8 chopped cloves of garlic | 1 c. wild rice blend |
| **3 Tbsp. chicken-style seasoning (McKay's) | |

Blend all ingredients in a large saucepan. Add enough water to cover mixture with about 3 inches to spare. Simmer one hour. Serves 10-15 people. |
