Scrambled Tofu
1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. water 1 tsp. brewer's yeast flakes
1 Tbsp. oil 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. tofu 1/4 tsp. turmeric
2 Tbsp. chives, chopped 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. salt
**1 Tbsp. chicken-style seasoning (McKay's)

Sauté onions in water and oil. Add tofu and mash down with fork until scrambled. Add remaining ingredients. Heat until flavors are blended. Tasty hot or cold as a sandwich filler.
