| Scrambled Tofu | |

| 1/2 c. chopped onions | 1/2 tsp. onion powder |
| 2 Tbsp. water | 1 tsp. brewer's yeast flakes |
| 1 Tbsp. oil | 1/4 tsp. garlic powder |
| 2 c. tofu | 1/4 tsp. turmeric |
| 2 Tbsp. chives, chopped | 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. salt |
| **1 Tbsp. chicken-style seasoning (McKay's) | |

Sauté onions in water and oil. Add tofu and mash down with fork until scrambled. Add remaining ingredients. Heat until flavors are blended. Tasty hot or cold as a sandwich filler. |
